Disclaimer

1. No Affiliation

Zamarrud WA Bot is an independent Chrome extension developed to enhance productivity on WhatsApp Web. It is not an official WhatsApp product and operates independently of WhatsApp's infrastructure. The extension does not use the official WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Cloud API. It automates the WhatsApp Web page in your own browser, including WhatsApp Web's internal browser-side functions, which WhatsApp does not support or document and may change or block at any time.

2. Risk of Account Action

Using any bulk messaging tool, including Zamarrud WA Bot, may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. WhatsApp actively detects and restricts accounts that engage in bulk messaging or automated behavior. This may result in:

• Temporary restrictions on your WhatsApp account
• Permanent ban of your WhatsApp number
• Loss of access to your WhatsApp data and conversations

While Zamarrud WA Bot provides safer-sending controls (rate limiting, human-like typing, cooling breaks, message salting), these are best-effort measures designed to reduce ban risk; they do not eliminate it, and no tool can prevent WhatsApp enforcement.

3. User Responsibility

By using Zamarrud WA Bot, you acknowledge that:

• You use the extension entirely at your own risk
• You are solely responsible for how you use the tool
• You will only message contacts who have consented to receive your messages
• You will comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations
• You will not use the tool for illegal, harmful, or harassing purposes

4. No Warranty

Zamarrud WA Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We do not guarantee that WhatsApp will not take action against your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Zamarrud WA Bot, its creators, or its distributors be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of WhatsApp account access, loss of data, loss of business, or any other losses resulting from the use of this extension.

6. Responsible Use

We strongly recommend:

• Start with small batches (for example 50 messages) and increase gradually, only for contacts who have opted in
• Enabling all safer-sending controls
• Only messaging contacts who know you and expect your messages
• Using a secondary WhatsApp number if possible
• Maintaining an opt-out list for contacts who don't wish to be messaged
